Frankie Mulinix brings a holistic approach to triathlon training, race performance, wellbeing, mindset, and injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Born and raised in Canada, Frankie is a lifelong athlete with experience in several sports including swimming, horseback jumping, triathlon, and aquabike. A Worlds qualifier and competitor in Olympic- and middle-distance aquabike, they are currently a member of Team USA and Team Zoot. Embodying "it's not the setback, but the comeback that matters," Frankie combines their passion for athletics, drive to support clients in realizing their potential, and experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in mental health, chronic pain. and neurology.
While living in Australia, Frankie provided Occupational Therapy services to veterans, patients with chronic pain diagnoses, folks experiencing homelessness, and children 18 months to 18 years of age diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Upon moving to Atlanta, Frankie worked at BlazeSports America as a volunteer swim instructor, teaching swimming to children with disabilities. Further, Frankie is a mental health coach combining their training in Organic Intelligence®, Fitzmaurice Voicework®, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to support clients in managing pain, anxiety, post-trauma growth, and overcoming barriers to performance.
Frankie supports clients seeking to learn new skills, build confidence and resilience, develop a sustainable approach to training and competing, and strengthen inter- and intra-personal skills that extend beyond that individual's chosen sport, enabling excellence and achievement in their endeavors.
