FAQ and Policies
Private and Semi-Private Session Format
For adults: Clients typically work with me once a week, either for a set period or on an ongoing basis depending on their goals. Further details available here.
For children: Clients come for weekly classes during their school term or intensives during holidays. You are welcome to arrange an introductory class and receive feedback. Further details available here.
What can I expect at my first session?
We will begin by determining if we are a good fit and explore what direction our work together will take. You can learn more about the strategies we might use in a session here.
What do I need to bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that won't restrict your breathing or movement.
Bring a bottle of water.
Bring a 3-ring binder or folder.
Bring a bit of text that appeals to you, such as the lyrics of a song, a poem, a selection from a book or a piece from a play (optional).
Group Session Format

What do I need to bring?
Each group is different, but in general:
Wear comfortable clothing that won't restrict your breathing or movement.
Bring a bottle of water.
You are welcome to bring cushions, layers, a blanket and things to help you to be comfortable.
You might be invited to bring your own yoga mat and a pillow for your neck and head.
Bring a 3-ring binder or folder.
Bring a bit of text that appeals to you, such as the lyrics of a song, a poem, a selection from a book or piece from a play.
Policies
Payment. Vibrance accepts cashier’s cheque, cash, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or credit card (with government-issued ID present). There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Incomplete classes will not receive a refund. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Vibrance.
Food and Drink. Other than water, no other food or drink (including gum or breath mints) should be consumed when class is in progress.
Safety. You are responsible for your own experience and physical safety. While Vibrance takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused in or near the classes and/or studios. While these sessions can include physical touch, clients are always empowered to determine when, how, where, and who touches them.
Attendance Policy. Being professional is a behaviour and not a paycheque. This includes “if you are early, you are on time, if you’re on time, you’re late, if you’re late, you’re fired.” There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Please e-mail contact@vibrancecentre.com or text (404) 480-1557 in advance if you are unable to attend or will be late.
Confidentiality. This work involves survival, resilience, and transformation. While this isn’t therapy, what happens in the learning space is confidential. You are always free to determine what and how much you disclose. Please respect others’ confidentiality.
Intellectual and Physical Property. As these courses are unique, the handouts, teaching resources, and lesson content remains the exclusive property of Vibrance and may not be replicated or used in full or part without express written permission from Vibrance. Physical resources (such as yoga mats, zafus, massage balls, etc.) are property Vibrance and made available while a class in session. Clients are to take care of them and ensure they are cared for and returned at the end of each class.
